2. Items Lost in Transit

While most orders arrive within our posted timeframes, external factors such as customs inspections can occasionally cause delays. If your delivery exceeds our displayed timeframe by more than 10 business days, please reach out. We will gladly send a replacement order or provide a full refund.
3. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns)
We want you to truly love your RE:KICK find. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you are eligible for a return within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition. Please reach out to us to initiate the process. We're here to help!
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
REKICK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide full delivery confirmation, including date, tracking number, and carrier information, to assist you in your investigation with the local postal service.
Are any purchases final sale?
Generally, most of our products are eligible for returns. However, for health and safety reasons, earrings are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene standards.
Additionally, certain promotional or clearance items may also be non-returnable. To ensure transparency, these items will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page before you complete your purchase.
